Per HOA rules: Renter is responsible for keeping yard clean and clear of weeds. Renter is responsible for bringing in trash cans no later than Monday night(pick up is Monday morning). Street parking is not allowed per HOA and all cars must be parking in driveway or in the garage. Renter will be responsible for any fines issued by HOA. HOA payments will be paid by landlord(not fines). Any damage to the home including the outside will be taken from the refundable deposit at move out. If damage is beyond $2,300, then renter will be responsible for paying for those repairs.
