SKI LEASE "1st Cabin" ~ West Shore Family Cabin! This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for 4 months starting as early as January 5th, 2027 and ending as late as May 10th, 2027. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *$3,800/month plus utilities *Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront. *Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant. *$1,540 for the term for the fixed utilities and one-time expenses. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, trash, keyless entry and high speed internet service along with any on-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees). The total amount (based on lease term) for the utilities is due upfront along with the rent. *$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing. *Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 estimated move-out cleaning fee.
