Unit 604 in the C building is being sold AS IS and is in need of full remodeling. The unit has been vacant since before the hurricane. Some hurricane damage is found in the drywall around the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. There is also some previous moisture damage in ceiling in the kitchen from a previous leak in a unit above. The ceiling is peeling in the bathroom.
