Hello, this is a first floor furnished apartment in a safe and tranquil part of town (Sylvan Park). It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, it is stocked with basic items such as plates, bedding, a television, new pillows, towels. This apartment would be great for someone relocating into town or staying long term, and makes it easier as you do not have to buy all new items. May work well for a remote worker or a traveling nurse, as it is close to several major hospitals in town! There is pool access in the summer and it is near Sylvan golf course which has a nice walking trail also. It is a quiet apartment building in a quiet part of town, but It is across the street from some bars and resturants, and about a ten minute drive to downtown. As mentioned, this is a furnished apartment, so items must stay in apartment. But if there is something you dont want or need, we are flexible, we can remove what isnt needed! if you have any questions just ask :) email and I will get back to it asap as the apartment is empty and available. you may call also! owner pays water, renter will PAY + gas, electricity, internet. There are 2 lot parking spaces total and some street parking available. We would like no pets, as this is an apartment and they cannot be noisy. But we are open to consider different circumstances..(maybe if it is a small pet or one that perhaps that doesnt bark much etc. ) There is a new dishwasher installed but one thing is; the apartment has no washer or dryer connections:( but there seems to be a coin laundry mat being built right across the street. anything else please ask:)
