This studio is a cozy home located in our beautiful backyard. We have a gate with a key and you will have full access to it pool during the summer months. We use the pool also and require that you check with us before having gatherings of 5 or more . Parking is curbside , the spaces in front of the house are reserved for the owners. We also have a 2 year old lab mix who is friendly and energetic. He is often in the yard so you will have to be mindful of him when entering/exiting the gate. Water and electricity are included . For the hotter months , here is a small window a/c unit that cools down the small house fairly quickly. During the winter months you will have to purchase small heating units as there is no heating system.
