Vacancies in the area are rare. The common area of apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Christmas decorations will come down soon enough :) Available room is unfurnished. The bed frame in the bedroom pictures can fit a king sized bed, so there is more room than it appears. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate (30 yr old male) who is very clean.
