Hi, there; my name is Ariel and I am a young professional looking for a housemate to rent the spare bedroom in my 2/1 home in North Sarasota. The room is an unfurnished, 12x12' room with 2 windows and a full closet. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as a dining room, living room, and small/medium yard with a screen-in lanai. The house is located in a really cute and friendly neighborhood near Ringling college, about 7 minutes north of downtown. I have a full-time job, working typically 7-5. When I'm not at work, I am either gardening, making glass art, or spending time with my family and dog. I have one dog, named Piper. She is very nice, but can be nervous around her food. No dogs, please. If you have another animal, we can discuss. I like to keep my house very clean, and am looking for someone who feels the same.
