Near SFSU (SFSU free bus shuttle/BART) Free internet, cable, and laundry. It's a 1 bedroom with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a backyard. Quiet neighborhood, nothing behind the backyard, but access to a mountain with mountain bike and nature trails. Near shopping, tennis courts, parks (tai chi in the mornings), gym and restaurants. Our past tenants have stayed 3 years or longer. Rent is 1600/month and that includes all the utilities, free laundry, cable, internet and one parking space. The unit is only for 1 occupant and is unfurnished, but comes with a microwave, new fridge and 2 tables and chairs for the kitchen. Sorry no pets.
