There is extra storage in the attic. The grounds are well-kept so you can enjoy a park-like setting. The only utility in your name would be electric, as water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. No need to find a outside maintenance or laundry, as we have a attentive full-time maintenance staff and a laundry room onsite! Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached. We do not accept dogs as pets. Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $50.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 for applicants with a credit score above 680 and a full deposit for credit scores under 680.
