Indiana now has school choice so children could go to other near by schools such as Loogootee or North Daviess. West Boggs Lake has a beautiful park with camping and festivities all summer long. The July 3rd and the Halloween camping trail are only two of the events the public enjoys. Many residents live outside the park year round. The area has been very diligent in the last few years to make sure the lake stays clean.
