It includes a large mirrored closet and a big window that provides plenty of natural light and overlooks the backyard and garden. If you prefer less light, new blackout curtains have been installed. The room is carpeted and has a ceiling fan for cooling. There's also a comfortable lounge chair for relaxing. The furniture is optional and can be removed upon request. The room is conveniently located across from the shared bathroom, which I clean daily! The bathroom is shared by 2 others. Very clean, newly painted, well-maintained. We pride our home on being a healthy, safe space in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of grocery stores, fast food restaurants, drug stores, restaurants, parks, schools, and more.
