The apartment has cable included, and we pay for the water and trash as well, it's a great location to stay at with no worries whatsoever, tenants are very friendly, we are next to HEB and fast food like Dairy Queen and McDonalds, this is a great location to stay at with no worries and walking distance to grocery stores, and fast food places as well. We are located in a nice area, close to schools for the kids as well, and we are next to a daycare in case of need. The special offer's that we do are the 2nd month of renting, we will prorate the second month instead of the 1st month.
