Cats and dogs are allowed at an additional 35 dollars a month in pet rent. 2 pet limit. There is also a 300 dollar one time pet deposit if you are bringing pets. This apartment is ideal for roommates as each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is only 7 minutes away from the MSU but far enough away that you aren't dealing with tons of traffic or noise. Very quiet community in a safe area. Lots of food around too. Club house has a pool and a fitness center you can use. This apartment can be available within 1 to 2 months. We can set a move in date so that my partner and I have time to look for a home and move out. You would need to submit an application prior to your move in date which costs 50 dollars and get approved. After that you will be able to sign onto the lease with the first month's rent,1028, due on the 1st of the month. I am willing to pay your first water,trash, sewer bill as it will be for usage prior to your move in. We are also flexible with the move in date. The lease runs through March 14th 2022 with the option to go month to month after that or sign a new lease ranging between 6-15 months. We could also set up a time for you to come see the place.
