The Apartment and our Home is on (3+) acres of hardwood trees, and slopes down to a running creek. We are located 13 miles southeast of Gainesville, Georgia. The loft apartment is on the second floor of our addition: it has a full kitchen w/ propane gas cook top, wall oven, refrigerator/freezer, and center island seating, also partial enclosed walk-in pantry. The living room has a wall mounted television and bookshelves, there are beamed ceilings with ceiling fans. bathrooms have frameless glass showers and are fully tiled. There is a Washer and Dryer in the second bathroom closet. Central HVAC on its own meter. There are hardwood floors throughout. There is storage in the drop-down walk-in attic and over the breezeway in the 3rd bedroom closet access. Tenant pays for Propane Gas ( gas cooktop), Tenant pays for their own Electric, the apartment has separate meter, DIRECTV Receiver ( Tenant splits monthly bill with Landlord: 1/3 of the monthly bill, if they wish television ) and tenant pays for any pay per views they order. Telephone hookup (to be discussed ) everyone uses cellphones, Tenant pays 1/3 of monthly Internet Service (Hughes Network) Tenant splits 1/2 of the monthly water bill each month with Landlord. There is no trash service: tenant is responsible for taking their own trash to the trash facility approximately 3 miles from the apartment. Renters must provide Renter's Insurance. All prospective tenants must go through Zillow's application process, before being invited to tour our rental. How do applications work? Prospective renters pay $29 to send you an identity-verified renter application with a freshly pulled credit report, criminal background check, employment history, references and eviction record.
