Average Consumers Energy bill is about $150 - 200 per month. Landlord pays the water and sewage. Landlord takes care of all yard work and shrubbery trimming *If there is a huge snow fall over 18 inches landlord will provide help with snow removal. We require a monthly personal income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. THEREFORE at least $3600 per month in PERSONAL INCOME,... can not include child support, etc,... We like our tenants to have and maintain a credit score of 700 or higher. If credit score is below 700 we will require 2 months rent plus security deposit plus Cleaning Fee paid up front Prior to moving in. NO PETS If found, your lease will be terminated No Smoking allowed No growing of any marijuana anywhere on the property! No more than 2 cars may be parked in your space. They must be registered and insured. No engine work on any vehicles in the parking spaces. No overnight guests allowed who stay over 3-5 nights. If requested in writing there may be exceptions upon Landlord approval, however additional monetary charges WILL be incurred. Example: if you are a single tenant who after moving in, gets involved with a friend who wishes to move in with you at this location, there will be first a Zillow Application and background check on your friend and if he/she is approved then an increase in monthly rent WILL be charged of $200. (Remember NO MORE than 2 PEOPLE will be allowed in this space.) We will allow entertaining guests however you must be quiet after 11 pm and you must respect your above neighbor(s) AS WELL AS the neighborhood in general. We provide a nice place to live and wish to keep it nice!
