Open House - Sat 10/10 10-11:30am. We book specific spots in 15 min increments. This is a great apartment. Recently renovated. High ceilings, original ceiling medallions and plaster moldings. Functioning pocket doors. New stove. Nice Frig. Washer and dryer (really nice dryer as we just got a great deal on that upgrade). The front double parlor could be used as either a Living Room/Dining Room, or as a Bedroom/Living Room. The second option is what would make it a two bedroom. Rent is $1300+ utilities. A 1 year lease is required. A cat would be ok, but a dog would not. In other words if we can find a solid tenant who does not have a dog, that is the way we would go. ** Laundry - Washer Dryer are just outside the unit in the hall. ** Floor - It is first floor, there are bars on most windows. ** Utilities - run ~$100-120 gas, and $50 electric. Tenant pays utilities. No dogs. Cat might be an option
