    This fixer-upper is on 5.1 acres of land and is located a few miles north of Hartsel near the center of Colorado. It has 1350 square fet of living space that needs a lot of work. The well pumped six gallons of water a minute when it was drilled in 2008. The well will need to have a pump installed for it to be useful. A septic system will also need to be installed. Denver is about a two hours drive northeast and Colorado Springs is about an hours drive to the east. The area is known for excellent trophy trout fishing at nearby reservoirs and the "dream stream" on the South Platte River.
