The building is secure and contains some great amenities such as a pool, laundry room, and many businesses located on the premises. Our studios inside are partly furnished units, water/sewer, and basic cable are included. Electricity is included up to $100 a month. The listed price is for limited kitchen studios. Parking is available for all units, but not included. The listed price is for a long term rental (6 months or more). We have a special for all active duty military, just show us your military I.D. and we'll take $100 off of your first month's rent when you book for 3 months or more. No smoking.
