A kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage space is located on the top floor. This home has three separate dining spaces. Living Room 1 features a fireplace and a high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services. A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost. No parties or events are allowed. This is a smoke-free and drug-free environment. If any smoking or drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the reservation will be immediately terminated, and compensation will be sought for any damages.
