Pets: Cats & dogs are permitted. Maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. No pet deposit required. Flooring: Laminate wood floors throughout apartment. Located near dog park; short walk to Frick Park, Regent Square Shops and Restaurants. The neighborhood is serviced by several major bus routes, including the East busway, with rapid access to East Liberty, Oakland and Downtown. A very walkable and bicycle friendly area. Deposit instructions: Deposit includes one month's rent, a $75 application fee for each adult resident, and one $75 occupancy fee. If it is determined that you will need a cosigner there is a $75 fee for that application. Once we receive your deposit, we will email you an application to be filled out by each adult resident. At the time of your move-in you will pay the first month's rent and any prorated amount for early move-in. All documentation must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving the application.
