I'm looking for someone to take over my 1BR 1BA (733sqf) brand new apartment at VYV Luxury Apartment in Jersey City. I been living here for only 2 month and absolutely love it but I am moving to California for a new job. The lease was heavily discounted when I signed so this will be much cheaper than if you were to apply for a unit yourself now. Gross rent is $3,496 but with my concessions shared with you it's $2,646 net price. If you apply for the exact same unit layout on VYV's website but at a lower floor it's $4,085 gross ($3,744 net) so it's at least ~$1100 of savings per months for you! The unit is east facing so you get a great view of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Very spacious with lots of storage and a huge walk-in closet. All the appliances, washer/dryer, cabinets, shelves are brand new and top notch brands. It's 8-10min walk to either the Newport or Grove St Path station so commuting to the city is very convenient. Literally next to the building you have ShopRite, BJ's, Bed Bath & Beyond with Target/Best Buy not too far away either so everything is super convenient. I honestly love living here and have no complains. The management team and concierge are all very helpful and friendly. VYV South is one of Jersey City's newest apartments and my building was only finished last year so the unit was brand new when I moved in. There are great amenities including Fitness Center, Club Lounge, Private Work Pods and Pool. Feel free to reach out if you want to view the unit.
