Unit had its own front load Washer/Dryer and storage closet on site. All utilities and WiFi included in rental price. Fully furnished apartment with all linens, dishes, cookware and desk with printer. Would prefer no pets but will consider 1 dog. No garage space available. Street parking only. Short or long term rental (minimum of 30 days). Will accept a single renter or couple, no more than 2 person occupancy. This rental is at our main residence but is disconnected from the house and above our garage so it is very private. Long term rental requests (6 months or more) require three months of pay stubs and a rental application must be submitted if interested in the property. $200 non-refundable pet deposit required unless able to provide an approved ESA letter.
