Regarding pets, a dog will be considered according to behavioral criteria. This is a no-smoking home. Owner pays for trash, recycling and compost pick-up. Renter is responsible for water, gas, and electric (note: the electric utility bills are quite low because the home has solar panels). Renter is expected to maintain/mow the yard as part of the rental agreement, though the yard is quite low-maintenance. Upon signing a lease, renter will owe a security deposit (same amount as one-month's rent) as well as the first month's rent.
