Currently cleaning/fixing up after previous tenants. Home will not be available until 4/1/2012. I will take $200 off your deposit if you pay first and last months rent on lease signing. I'm looking for good tenants that will take care of my property. No smoking. I usually add $200 to deposit and charge $50/mo pet rent for pets (however this is negotiable).
