Very friendly neighborhood, other's around really watch out for one another. Being a single woman living there, I have had a lot of help during snow storms (clearing sidewalks, chopping fallen tree branches, etc), and almost always have neighbors check up on me when someone new in the neighborhood comes to my door. It's at the end of a cul de sac, very friendly, very sweet little neighborhood, is very safe.
