Fenced back yard (with gardener service monthly). Outdoor shower. Walk to Twin Lakes beach (volleyball, ukelele and fire rings), docks, harborside restaurants, the lighthouse. Double driveway is big enough to park a boat trailer or Hobie cat! Located on a tranquil side street near bus lines to campus and the Capitola mall. Public tennis court around the corner.
