This means that there are some restrictions and guidelines to follow. Rule 1: NO pets allowed at the cabin. Due to the unpredictability of the animal life around the cabin, this property is not pet friendly. Rule 2: No parties. We want you to enjoy your time at the house but please no parties with loud music, large amount of people, etc. Rule 3: If you want to smoke weed/etc., please do so OUTSIDE! If we do find that weed was smoked inside the house you will be charged a $400 cleaning fee. Rule 4: No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, electronic cigarettes, etc inside the house. If we do find that the previously mentioned activities occurred in the house, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged additional to the charge for smoking weed in the house. Rule 5: When using the thermostat please only use the Air or Heat Settings. Do not set below 65 degrees Fahrenheit and do not set above 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Rule 6: Do not leave the pellet stove on for more than three hours. Do NOT leave the pellet stove on overnight and/or unattended. Rule 7: Tennant will be fully responsible for any maintenance that needs to be done while staying on the property Owner will keep all utilities in their name (electric and propane tank).
