This room has a gas fireplace, large screen A/V system with SmartTV, cableTV, wet bar, and small balcony overlooking the back yard, and adjacent tennis courts. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed, and one with a queen bed. Both rooms share a large bathroom with dual sinks, and shower/tub combination. The back yard is fully fenced. During the summer there is a table and chairs for 6. The gas BBQ is on the back deck, and comes with 2 full propane tanks. The home has an attached garage, with parking for one in the garage, and two cars in the driveway. There is a laundry inside the home, with full-size washer and dryer. There is free wifi throughout. As a guest at our home, you will have access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including the marina and restaurant, a year-round indoor lap pool, seasonal outdoor pool, private beach, pier, basketball and tennis courts, kids play area, and volleyball courts. These amenities require an additional daily fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner's association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay. This home is new to the vacation rental market, and is in fantastic condition. We ask our guests to help us keep it that way, and come back year after year to enjoy this quality home. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
