I can NOT give tours until mid December/January. Completely gutted and remodeled home. if you have a dog you will be expected to take care of the landscape and any damages from your dogs. (dog waste removal must be paid for or done every Sunday) house has smart thermostat (ecobee), new appliances, new bathroom, AC, and gas water heater and furnace. A single garage covering will be added at a later date (spring possibly). No washer and dryer currently; waiting for units to be in stock and will be delivered once you move in. Please apply and I will contact you for a tour. If you don't apply; you will not be given a tour. This property does not take section 8 vouchers. Lawn-care will be paid by landlord if you do not have a dog. Snow removal responsible by tenant. Gas, electric and trash (private trash company) paid by tenant. Internet paid by landlord. If you want higher internet speeds or other options you will pay the difference in rent. Must have renters insurance and provide proof. Deposit will be used to clean house when and if you leave by professionals; remainder is yours if there is any after repairs.
