Buyer is responsible for checking with City of Howard to verify if Buyers intended use will be allowed on the lot. TERMS OF SALE: Property will be selling by the total dollar. The contract price will be the final bid plus a 10% buyers premium. A non-refundable down payment/earnest money of $2,000 for both tract's 1 and 2 will be required at the close of the auction along with the signing of the purchase agreement.
