This is a family owned and managed building, and we are extremely dedicated to the maintenance and care of this building. Finding applicants with a positive rental and credit history is very important to us. Rental application: No Security deposit required, but there is a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee of $500 due prior to move-in. Cats allowed (no pet deposit required).
