This home has been the parsonage of our youth pastor and family for the past 2 1/2 years. They became our senior pastor and moved into the larger parsonage for the senior pastor. We are selling it "as is" for that reason allowing the new owner to tailor it to their desires. It does have an updated energy efficient furnace and air conditioner unit. A new sewer system was put in to the main sewer during our ownership of the home. Inside the home, the 3 bedrooms are nice sized and all have cedar lined closets with lights. The bathrooms and kitchen are the original fixtures, but are in good shape. All the flooring (carpet and vinyl) were replaced 2 years ago and are in excellent condition.
