My Waycroft lease expires on 10/17/2022, but you are free to renew with the Waycroft once the lease expires. About the apartment: - Its on the top floor. Has a balcony. The views are beautiful. - The living room windows are floor-to-ceiling. Bedroom windows are huge too. The apartment faces the sun from sunrise to sunset, so there is an abundance of natural light. - I am the first tenant and have sparingly used the appliances. Everything is basically new and in top shape. - Bedroom is huge (photos include a king-sized bed). - The walk-in closet is huge. - Bathroom is huge. - Wood-looking floors throughout (except the bathroom). - There's a Target in the building, you don't have to leave the building to go to the Target. - Amenities are great. Package depository. Gym. Rooftop / rooftop pool. Community room. Community office space. - Short walk to the metro and Ballston Commons. - Parking is $125/month. That is coordinated through a parking company. - Utilities are on top of the base rent (but have never been more than ~$50 for me). - Verizon is the internet/cable company that I have used. To note, the subletting fee is $1,000. But, there is no security deposit and other than the $50 application fee, there are no move-in costs. I'm flexible on the move-in date (after January 16, 2022).
