Its about 13 minutes away from KSU, 3 minutes from 2 walmarts, a target, and a ton of other shopping. I'm planning on living in a room in the basement so the two rooms upstairs will have their own bathroom. I'm planning on keeping a budget to keep improving/updating the house and making sure we have a great time together! We just renovated the kitchen space for example! Your upstairs area is all private to yourselves and the downstairs is our shared communal space. I'm open to anyone as long as they're respectful, responsible and willing to follow the house rules. I'm pretty lax! As long as you don't do anything illegal or smoke in the unit we should be cool! There's also a very friendly and quiet beagle who will be staying downstairs with me.
