First month's rent and a security deposit (1 month's rent) required up front. Landlord covers landscaping. The tenant is responsible for other utilities. We are looking for a clean and responsible (personally and financially) tenant -- credit history and rental reference requested. Also, no smokers please. We are very responsible, responsive, yet laid back landlords. We give a lot of flexibility to our tenant(s) to improve the house and do minor fixes (following concurrence from us).
