Larger basement bedroom with single-sized closet, with space for an IKEA-type closet. One large egress window facing South. Dedicated bathroom in the basement for the downstairs tenant's use. The W/D are in the downstairs bathroom, so the two upstairs housemates will be in there from time to time. Room has a new twin-sized trundle bed, a small table, and a wooden tv stand with drawers. The upstairs tenant may move soon, in which case the trundle bed can be moved to the other upstairs bedroom. The table can go into storage and I'm happy to get rid of the tv stand. A former tenant left an IKEA futon frame You can adopt. I'm also happy to part with it. The most recent former housemate comfortably had a king sized bed, loveseat, night stands, tall boy dresser, and an antique radio/record player (the kind that is a piece of furniture, not the kind you put on a piece of furniture). If the person/couple who rents this room is interested in paying more, it would forego the necessity of renting out the other ground floor room if/when the upstairs tenant moves out. First month's rent, and security deposit of $100 not to be included in last month's rent. 30 days notice to be given by either party. Utilities are included, and include water, electric, gas and internet. If deposit is given to secure placement, and tenant renegade, tenant will forfeit the deposit.
