The room behind the kitchen is the laundry room, washer and dryer included. There is a sunroom, living room and dining room. There is a garage at the end of a long, off-street driveway, which includes a washer and dryer, that can double as a studio or workshop. There is a large front and back yard, which provides lots of gardening potential. While this is a roommate situation, the lease terms are flexible, and you will sign a lease with the landlord independent of your housemate. Utilities are managed by the landlord and will be split evenly. About the current housemate: A 24 years old, queer identified trans man who works from home weekdays, plus a second job occasional evenings and every weekend. They spend their free time reading, making art, hanging with their pets (2 cats and a dog), watching tv, or playing video games. They are very clean and like to cook.
