I'm moving out of my condo in the aspens, and my current roommate is looking for a suitable housemate for the winter. This would be a 6 month lease starting on November 1st.A little bit about the place......It's located in the Bearberry building in the Berry Patch area of the Aspens(4455 Berry Dr). It's a 2nd story unit with 1 bedroom, a huge loft(my room), dining/living area, kitchen, fireplace and bathroom. The deck offers a spectacular view of the Tetons, JHMR, and Fish Creek. The condo is fully furnished with everything from kitchen utensils to bath towels if need be, basically a turnkey residence. There's plenty of parking, and the Aspens Market, Teton Sports Club, Bank of JH and the Blue Line START bus stop is all within walking distance. For the winter, this location is hard to beat, as you are only a 10 minute drive to Teton Village. I've lived here since October 2009 and am sad to let this place go. As mentioned before, the lease would go from November 1st until April 30th with the option of extending it through the summer. Unfortunately, the mgmt. company disallows pets in the unit. Rent is $670/month, with basic cable and internet included. Electric is extra.
