Hayden on Hudson is one of best existing condominiums in Riverdale. The building has swimming pool, tennis court, indoor parking ( street parking is a breeze ), gym, 24hour doorman. Keep in mind that most of new constructions in Riverdale don't have swimming pool. Surrounded by 3 parks, Hayden on Hudson condominium offers second-to-none privacy. Around the building it's always quiet. On the other hand, you can reach mid-town ( w60th st ) approximately within 20mins by driving. It takes about 30 mins to get to w30st & broadway. Basically you live in nature closer to city. In my opinion, it's best place for people who work in Westchester but want to live closer to Manhattan. Just put a brand new 2-layered windows for bedroom, living room, kitchen in 2008. I spent 6K for this. )
