About the house: the kitchen just got new beautiful flooring. Stainless steel refrigerator and stove were just purchased 2 years ago and work very well, completely paid for. The couch's have seen better days but they can be left in the house if desired. All carpeting will be steam cleaned one more time before we leave. One is near the green room, the other is the master bath hooked on to our room. Master bedroom easily fits our king size bed. Neutral carpeting. Bathroom is hooked onto the master bedroom which also has a walk in closet! New ceiling fan as well. Outside, the shed and deck were just painted. The outside of the house was just power washed. Replaced the mulch around the flowers and cleaned up all the leaves. We are one of the few lots that have double parking located off the road which is very nice once winter hits!
