I am looking to rent my place from April 1st to end of November. You can then sign a new lease if you want to. The place is a two bedroom duplex with a full bathroom. Lots of closet space. A storage closet with access from the fenced in back yard area. There is a refrigerator and dishwasher that come with the place. The washer and dryer that is there are mine. There is storage in the attic. There is also a back patio with fenced in back yard. Fenced in dog park and workout room on the property. Super safe and relaxed neighborhood. Never seen or heard a problem in the year and a half I have lived there. I have never heard my neighbors make noises! This was newly remodeled in November 2014 when I moved in. To rent, you will need to go through the normal application process with the management company.
