Close (10 min) to many stores, supermarkets, etc. however it's necessary to drive. FURNISHED HOUSE, not permitting furniture addition and cannot accommodate furniture storage at this time. Bedroom 1: Grand bedroom (previously 2 bedrooms into one) with bathroom containing private deck, vanity with sink in bedroom, desk, television (with Roku to access your paid services: Disney, Sports. etc.), DVD player, private entrance to bathroom with bathtub / shower, toilet, sink and toiletries cabinet. Bedroom 2: Master bedroom, cabinetry, desk, television (with Roku to access your paid services: Disney, Sports. etc.), DVD player, adjoined to a sun porch (which has sliding doors to be closed off). Private bathroom containing shower, heat lamp, toilet, sink. Half Bedroom/Office 3: Enclosed second story sun porch with queen sized futon. Also has a corner desk office overlooking pond. Heavy sliding glass doors can be closed for silence and curtains for privacy - The best spot in the house with spectacular view! Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, island with highchairs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster ovens, electric skillet, hot air fryer, and more. 3/4 size clothes washer/dryer. Dining/living room with cathedral ceiling, 55" TV with DVD player and sound system. - Air conditioning and climate is comfortable and well regulated. Air quality is monitored for optimal health. - NO outside shoes are to be worn in the house, however, slippers or indoor only (soft sole) shoes are OK. - Additional tenants, Pets/service animals subject to an additional monthly charge and a cleaning charge at end of stay. - Game room and a brick patio overlooking the lake (shared access with caretaker). Game room - minors must be accompanied by an adult. - Patio has a propane firepit and propane grill. Excellent place to sun in afternoon or relax with family/friends under the stars. - Property has pond to fish, walking trails, and spacious yard with lots of wildlife (turkey, deer, rabbit, blue heron and more). Try baking with fresh Khaki Campbell duck eggs from the property - You'll be amazed at the rich taste of your baked goods. Traditional firepit in the back near wooded area. Towpath and national park also nearby. - Located in the Highland local school district - Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping plazas less than 10 minute drive. - Located less than 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 20 minutes from downtown Akron with a feeling of being in remote countryside estate. - Close to Interstate Highways I-71 (3.5 miles), I-77 (3.5 miles), I-76, I-80, I-90, and I-271 NOTE: Assume property caretaker is onsite 24/7 with access to other section of building separate keyed/door access - Does not access private rental area without 24 hr notice. The tenant's privacy, enjoyment and safety are a priority. Furnished, Lawn/yard care is included in rent - Performed by caretaker on site. Reasonable usage of utilities also included in rent (based on demographics). Snow removal and trash collection are not included in rent. Trash receptacles available for glass, plastic bottles, cardboard for local recycle repository, so if willing to separate these items trash management can be very reasonable. If pets/service animals are approved an additional cleaning charge of $300 at checkout. Monthly stays require first/last month rent. All stays require signing of 4-page agreement outlining the details of stay, rental condition at check-in, special agreements, etc.
