One good sized bedroom with a big closet as well and great window light. Full kitchen, dining room area, and living room area, great for guests. Nice big balcony overlooking the pool. Tons of closet and cabinet space. Apartment is located right near the front of the complex, which makes it super convenient to carry in groceries and such. Comes with tandem double parking spot, covered, behind a gate. I am subletting this apartment fully furnished. Looking for a minimum 3 months term, but am open to other arrangements. 1 month security deposit due upon signing. Fully furnished sublet, ideally 3 month minimum, but open to longer term options. Tenant pays for all utilities (electricity, water, internet) but the utilities will remain in my name and I will bill you monthly for them.
