Driveway and street parking available. I keep this place clean and organized. I'm looking for clean and reliable people to share this home with. I have two kittens; they're active, but I keep them out of common areas, and you'll most likely only see them if they're on the way outside for a walk. No blocking other homes. *Lawn care will be provided by me (owner). *Utilities are included in the rent. *This property is intented for residential use only. *Tenants are allowed 4 guest visits per month. Their stay not exceeding 48 hours. Guest may not sleep in common areas. Maximum amount of guests at a time is four. *All pets (if any) will need to first get written approval.
