The sale proceeds will be used to acquire the Property, pay all closing costs and operations, as well as obtaining permits and approved drawings of the proposed addition of approximately 16000 sqft of residential units and 17 additional parking spaces. Upon completion of the additional improvements, the Property will either be sold, or held for a substantial net income. Projected Total Yield The Company is projected to yield an overall total of return to investors of 110% on investment (ROI) based on a selling of the Property at the end of a 48 month period, at which time the Company would realize this growth by selling the Property.
