1 BR Apartment right down the street from UNCW! I need someone to take over my lease, as I will be leaving due to unforeseen circumstances. It ends 7/27/18. My rate is currently almost $100 below the normal at CEV Wilmington now. Will have the option to renew. Pets are allowed with a $25 pet fee per month. They have a really nice social area with a grill, pool, and lounging. Their clubhouse has a pool table and gym, as well as a business center. Bikes can be signed out for free if you need one to ride on campus or want to go around Wilmington. They also have a small dog park! I have kept the apartment very clean, and am looking for someone who has a good history with paying rent on time and being a good tenant. They will do a credit check, so if that is a problem, this may not be the place for you. Please contact me ASAP, as I need to find new housing elsewhere! If you can move in on May 1st I will pay $50 a month until the end of the lease making your rent only $709! There is an admin fee and deposit Cable TV, internet and garbage are all included in your rent. Electric is also included, with a monthly allowance of $35 cap for 1 bedroom apartment.
