Shared use of raised beds and garden space available for those with a green thumb! Quiet home owners live in the lower level and share the washer and dryer in a common hall way with upstairs tenants. Peaceful rural area and friendly neighbours. It is a 10 minute drive to town of New Paltz with all its shopping and services. Month to month lease $3,000 plus $1,500 security/damage deposit. Occupancy: *PLEASE NOTE * LIMITED TO 1 or 2 TENANTS in consideration of capacity of our well and septic and moderate use of other utilities that are included in rent.
