Main house has 2 beds 2 baths while attached 1 bedroom Casita has separate entrance and full bath. Electricity, Pool maintenance and landscaping included. Tenant responsible for your choice of Internet, SOCAL gas and Water bills if they exceed- $30 for gas and $75 for water. The only thing that uses a significant amount of gas is the pool heater which will not be needed in summer months but will add up in winter months. Heating the pool is completely optional. We will grant a $75 water allowance to keep our landscape looking its best. Anything above the $75 will be tenants responsibility. Minimum 1 month rental agreement. No smoking. Pets ok with approval. Pet waste must be picked up prior to landscape maintenance arrival on Mondays. Landscape charges $50 extra/visit to pick up pet waste. That charge will be passed directly to tenant.
