I describe my home as a brick home in North Rock Creek School District nestled in the forest. It has a spacious open floor plan. And the shower is separate from the bathtub in the Master Bathroom. My backyard is huge. My little Pomeranians love it. The older one runs, freely, from time to time. It's great for pets. I do not know why it says No to pets being allowed under further facts. This isn't true. There is lots of space between neighbors. I love it. I like my THX up during lively movies. At the same time, you see the starry skies shine outside. The property is 1.25 acres and the entire backyard is fenced. A lot of privacy. The home has a large living area with a fireplace. The Master has 2 walk-in closets and a jetted jacuzzi bathtub. The HVAC is new and was replaced in 2018. I obtained a lifetime contract with Xtreme Termite. There was some outside of the home, and they sprayed and treated it a few years ago. No other work needed to be done. Since then, there hasn't been any. They check for termites, each year, and so far so good, but if needed, they will treat for them. We placed a new sink in the kitchen around 2018. Last year, we bought a new microwave. I'm selling "AS IS" but I will put a new plush carpet when the home sells at the listed price. Or I can drop to 209,500. Whatever works best. The backyard is Humongous for extra trucks, a boat, motor home, or for the kiddos to play baseball. If you like family gatherings, it's great for barbecues. And if you love to light up the sky for the 4Rth of July, fireworks are allowed, since we live outside the city limits. It's always a blast. There are some minor repairs that need to be done. I will do them for the people who buy my home.
