The front yard has a beautiful view of a horse pasture (with horses), and the back fronts Bohicket Creek which the sun sets over every day of the year. If looking from the water, it's the third house on the left from Bohicket Marina(about a quarter mile down). There is a 2 door garage for your vehicles as well as ample outdoor parking in the driveway. There's also the perfect deck and backyard for cook-outs, oyster roasts, or the kids to play. The property is just off Bohicket Road (Betsy Kerrison Parkway), but the property has a very laid back atmosphere. The neighbors do have chickens (cooped), horses, and a few small dogs that roam around (very friendly). Showings require 24 hour notice. All utilities paid by tenant. Great deal for a property like this, will not last long!!
